  Loved our knife making experience! Me and my fiance did a day of knife making with John. From taking a piece of steel and working it to become a sharp, beautiful, working knife that was beyond expectation. Awesome teacher and we loved the experience. A true knife making experience is what you will find at Alba knives learning every process start to finish and a knife that puts a smile on our face everytime we look at them. Cheers John.
